Plaque Eligibility and Credit Policy

  1. Event-Based Credit Structure
    • Only streams directly tied to the main event or organizer qualify for recognition under that event’s record.
    • If the event is hosted by a primary creator (e.g., Jane Doe's Streamer Ball), the host is recognized as the primary credited streamer for that milestone.
    • Participating creators who stream under the event and are officially part of the event’s production, brand, or lineup may also receive plaques if they were live on their own channels during the milestone.
    • Guest streamers or unrelated creators who attend or appear but are not formally listed or affiliated with the event, and who do not hit the milestone individually, will not be credited.
    Group or Organization Events
    • For organized groups, if one member of the group reaches a milestone during a designated group event, all active members who are streaming the event live on their own accounts will also be eligible for plaques under that achievement.
    • Members who are present but not streaming will not be eligible for a plaque for that event.
    • Guest or external creators outside the group are not automatically eligible unless they are formally billed as part of the event (e.g., “Streamer Ball featuring John Smith”).
    Staff and Team Recognition
    • Streamers who qualify for plaques may extend recognition to their staff, editors, or event personnel.
    • Each approved contributor may receive a personalized plaque acknowledging their role in achieving the milestone.
    Purpose of the Program
    • The Streamer Certification Association (SCA) exists to celebrate verified streamer achievements and the teams behind them.
    • The program ensures that both creators and their supporting staff receive formal recognition for their work and cultural impact.
