The Stream Certification Association (SCA) provides certification and award services for streaming milestones. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use our website or services. By accessing or using our website, you consent to the terms described below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
1.1 SCA is an independent body created to recognize streaming milestones by issuing certifications and plaques for verified concurrent viewership achievements.
1.2 The website and Services are provided “as is” and are intended for informational, certification, and award purposes only.
1.3 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and any entity accessing our Services.
2.1 To submit a stream for certification, you must be 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2.2 All information provided (including your streamer name, contact details, and viewership metrics) must be true, accurate, and verifiable.
2.3 You agree not to impersonate another individual, provide fraudulent data, or misrepresent your eligibility for certification.
3.1 Certification Criteria
Certification is based on verified peak concurrent viewer counts. Submission of a stream does not guarantee certification.
3.2 Review Fee
A non-refundable review fee is required before verification begins.
Fees may vary based on certification tier (e.g., Gold, Platinum, Diamond).
3.3 Plaque Orders
Upon successful certification, you may purchase a custom award plaque.
Plaques are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.
3.4 Disqualification
SCA reserves the right to reject or revoke certification if any fraudulent activity, botting, or falsification of viewership data is detected.
4.1 All fees, including review fees and plaque purchases, are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). SCA is not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment platforms.
4.3 Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate disqualification from certification eligibility.
